REDUCING MEAL

Myth: Reducing frequency of meal (e.g. three times a day becomes twice or once a day) is a correct way to loose weight.
Fact: Many researches prove that people who do not eat breakfast or only have a meal one or twice a day tend to be fatter than one who usually take a healthy breakfast and eat four or five times a day in small portion. People who reduce their meal time tend to be hungry. Consequently, they could eat a horse in dinner. Otherwise, people who eat in small portions in their days are able to control their appetite.
Tips: Eat various healthy food consisting of low fat and low calories in small portions four or six times a day.
