RED MEAT
Myth: Eating red meat is not good for our body and it will be a problem for someone who wants to loose weight.
Fact: Eating non-fat red meat in little amount can be a program to loose weight healthily. Non-fat red meat, chicken and fish contain some cholesterol and fat that is not good for us. Meanwhile, that meat consists of various nutrition that is good for our body such as protein, magnesium and zinc.
Tips: Choose side of meat having little fat, then threw all fat away.
Low fat meats are:
-Back and hip part
-Tenderloin (soft waist part)
-Sirloin Tip (tip of waist part)
-Flank steak (waist part)
Notice the portion measurement as well. One portion consists of 50 gr until 70 gr meats.
