A VEGETARIAN ON WEEK DAYS, A MEAT EATER ON WEEKEND

Originally, the white of rice comes from the brown rice that after the outer husk has been grinded, there are no longer nutrients exist. For 1000 years ago, Chinese pharmacologist invented that white rice which is lacking of vitamin B can cause beriberi, a disease from the lack of thiamine (B1). Recent modern study found that brown rice is enriched with its husk nutrients. These nutrients are amazingly effective for decreasing diabetes. So that’s why this brown rice is really suitable for diabetic. Moreover, its husk also contains of more than 70 anti-oxidants, including vitamin E which is known to be used for anti-aging. There are also gluthatione peroxidase (GPx), superoxide dismutase (SOD), coenzyme Q-10 (CoQ 10), proanthocyanidins and inosotol hexaphosphate (IP6) existing inside the brown rice. Pudding Two Flavors

Finishing your food with something sweet and rich of fiber is so healthy. Pudding and banana, one kind of fruit that rich of fiber, can be the choices. Besides giving satisfied effect, it also helps to hamper reserving fat that was be consumed.

Ingredients:

5 pcs strawberries, cut up

pineapple, diced into cube

4 tbsp. Sugar

1 pcs Nutri-Jell (instant)

  1. Set up a patterned. Put the strawberries and pineapple.
  2. Boil 400 ml (2 glasses) of water in pan. Add Nutrijell and sugar.
  3. Pour it into patterned.
  4. Chill (cool) the dough before serving it.
  5. And pudding is ready to be served.
