STOP CONSUMING PRESERVED FOOD
Keeping humans body healthy and safe, means no consuming less-nutrient and less-vitamin wilted lettuce. There’s no other better ways to get healthy except consuming full, fresh and organic foods. Products of farm and fresh meat directly processed from the farm have more nutrients for the short length of time. Mostly, vegetables or meat like beef have been picked or slaughtered for weeks or months before being sold and they usually sprayed with nitrogen or other chemical substances in order to refresh either vegetables or meat. Even worse, those food-stuffs are also sprayed with pesticides and scattered with chemical fertilizer with lower nutrient than original organic food.

For 1000 years ago, Chinese pharmacologist invented that white rice which is lacking of vitamin B can cause beriberi, a disease from the lack of thiamine (B1). Recent modern study found that brown rice is enriched with its husk nutrients. These nutrients are amazingly effective for decreasing diabetes. So that’s why this brown rice is really suitable for diabetic. Moreover, its husk also contains of more than 70 anti-oxidants, including vitamin E which is known to be used for anti-aging. There are also gluthatione peroxidase (GPx), superoxide dismutase (SOD), coenzyme Q-10 (CoQ 10), proanthocyanidins and inosotol hexaphosphate (IP6) existing inside the brown rice.
